It's A Balloon Dollar Dog!

METHODIST, TN- John Stafford of Methodist Healthcare Federal Credit Union has a hobby, making balloon sculptures. In December, he made a Dollar Dog out of balloons to decorate the credit union lobby for the holidays. Dollar Dog commented "I thought it turned out great, but John looked a little woozy when he was finished."
